What is coming next?
A shared registry of problem guests and scammers
A shared list members can check before accepting a booking: guests who damaged a home, left without paying, or scammers posing as guests or hosts. It is not built yet. We are building it with members, and we will tell you when it is ready.
How will the registry be run responsibly?
Only member hosts can see it
It is not a public list and is closed to search engines.
Every report needs evidence
Such as a booking record in UrusPro, not just a story.
The named person can respond
They can give their side, and wrong entries are removed.
Under PDPA 2010
Handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
