Frequently asked questions about features
- Can UrusPro sync with Airbnb?
- Yes, through iCal. Your Airbnb calendar link is pulled in every 15 minutes, and each unit has an outbound feed to paste back into Airbnb. iCal carries dates and status only, not prices or guest names.
- Can I use UrusPro for monthly rentals, not just homestays?
- Yes. The same unit can be let by the night and by the month. Long-term rentals come with rent schedules, automatic monthly bills, deposits, tenancy agreements and credit notes.
- Which payment methods are supported?
- Online payment through Billplz or CHIP, covering FPX and card. Bank transfer, DuitNow QR and cash are recorded as manual payments with a reference, and produce the same receipt.
- Are there reports for unit owners?
- Yes. Owner statements are generated per unit, and owners get a read-only portal with their own login to see their statements and settlements, without seeing anyone else's units.
- Does UrusPro change my prices by itself?
- No. The operations agent and price suggestions tell you what deserves attention, but no price changes and no message goes to a guest unless you press the button.
- Where is my data stored?
- Data is stored on managed infrastructure in Tokyo, Japan, and handled in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Every organisation is isolated at the database level, and you can export your data at any time.
