- How much does UrusPro cost?
- Early bird pricing: first listing free, then RM 10 a month for each homestay listing and RM 3 a month for each room or bed let monthly. A listing let both nightly and monthly costs RM 13. No commission on bookings.
- Can I use it for homestay and monthly rentals together?
- Yes. A house can be set for nightly lets, monthly lets or both, and each room or bed can have its own settings.
- Does UrusPro sync with Airbnb and Booking.com?
- Yes, through iCal. Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda calendars are pulled in every 15 minutes, so dates already booked there are closed in UrusPro.
- Is my data safe?
- Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level and handled in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Full details are on the Trust page.
- What if I have no time to set it up?
- The UrusPro team can set up your listings, tenants and calendar for RM 50 per house, charged once it is done.
