Document previews are no longer trapped in a small modal. Tenancy agreements, invoices and receipts open as full pages with a download button.
- Operations agent
The operations agent gets its own module
Findings, history and settings in one module, with the option to run it by itself every day at a time you choose. It only reports and suggests: it never changes prices or contacts guests.

Every feature now has its own page, with its limits
UrusPro's ten capabilities now each have their own page, and each one states not only what it does but where it stops. Three old claims that were not true have been removed: ADR and RevPAR figures, channel mix reporting, and report export as PDF. Reports export as CSV.

Minimum price, weekend rates and seasonal rates
Each unit can now carry a minimum price that acts as a floor, a separate weekend rate, and seasonal rates by date range. A price you set yourself for a single night overrides all of them.

Glossary of terms and OTA commission calculator
Seventeen terms operators use every day, defined properly once, and a calculator showing how much OTA commission you pay in a year. Tax rates and council fees are named, not quoted, because they are set by LHDN and local authorities and they change.

Guests can request to view long-term rental units
Long-term rental units now accept viewing requests straight from the public site, and those requests appear in the Viewings module for you to accept or decline.
- Operations agent
Empty nights are grouped, and the action creates a coupon
The operations agent now groups empty nights by date, rather than one finding per unit, and the finding carries a button that creates a coupon for those nights and units straight away.

Invoices and receipts carry your own letterhead
PDF invoices and receipts now use your organisation's logo, stamp and signature, not the platform's brand. Long columns wrap properly, so text no longer overlaps.

Tenants and Viewings are reachable on your phone
Two modules never appeared in the phone menu because of an error in the More sheet list. Both are now reachable, and the menu is searchable.

Payment settings now belong to the organisation
Each organisation keeps its own payment gateway settings, so several brands in one account can use different Billplz accounts.

One room can become a house with several beds
Shared rooms are supported: one booked bed takes one slot, not the whole room, and the catalogue folds the room back into a single card.

Nightly price suggestions, with the reasons
A suggested rate for every night, together with why it was suggested, for you to approve or dismiss. No price changes unless you press the button.

Operations agent: scheduled checks on calendars, feeds and payments
Scheduled checks that look for failed iCal feeds, overdue bills, empty nights and incomplete listings, then list them in order of priority for you to review.
