Frequently asked questions
How much does UrusPro cost a month?
UrusPro early bird pricing: first listing free, then RM 10 a month for each homestay listing and RM 3 a month for each room or bed let monthly. A listing let both nightly and monthly costs RM 13. For example, a five-room house let monthly is RM 12 a month, because the first listing is free. All prices are in Malaysian ringgit.
What counts as one listing?
Every unit that can be booked or rented: one homestay, or each room or bed let monthly. The price follows how the listing is let: nightly, monthly, or both.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Pay 10 months and get 12, for example RM 100 a year for each homestay listing after the first. Every plan opens the same modules: calendar and iCal sync, direct bookings, payments, long-term rentals, operations and team.
What is the normal price after early bird?
The normal price is RM 19 a month per homestay listing, RM 5 per rental room, and RM 25 for a listing let both nightly and monthly. We will tell you before prices change.
Is there a commission on each booking?
No. UrusPro charges a single monthly fee. Bookings that come through your own booking page carry no commission, unlike OTAs, which take a percentage of every booking.
Can I use UrusPro for monthly rentals, not just homestays?
Yes. UrusPro supports short nightly stays and long-term monthly rentals in the same unit, including rent schedules, deposits, tenancy agreements and receipts.
Which payment methods are supported?
Guests and tenants pay by card or FPX through Billplz or CHIP. DuitNow QR, bank transfers and cash are recorded manually.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on managed infrastructure in Tokyo, Japan, and handled in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
