What UrusPro connects to
UrusPro connects with Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda through iCal calendar links, with TTLock smart locks and the Billplz and CHIP payment gateways through your own account's API, and with WhatsApp through ready-written messages. Each connection is set up in the host portal, and each page below states where it stops.
What can UrusPro be used with?
Airbnb
Airbnb dates are pulled in through iCal, the host fee is deducted in reports, and Airbnb guests can be given an account.
Booking.com
Booking.com dates are pulled in through iCal and close the same nights on your booking site.
Agoda
If Agoda gives an iCal link for your property, its dates close the same nights in UrusPro.
TTLock
A time-limited door code is generated for each booking and deleted when the booking is cancelled or completed.
Billplz and CHIP
FPX and card payments go straight to your own merchant account, with the booking marked paid when the gateway confirms it.
WhatsApp buttons with ready-written messages, and automatic messages when a booking is confirmed and paid.
Frequently asked questions about integrations
- Does UrusPro have a channel manager with the Airbnb or Booking.com API?
- No. UrusPro syncs dates with Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda through the iCal links those platforms give hosts. iCal carries booked dates, not prices, guest names or messages.
- Which connections use an API?
- TTLock, Billplz and CHIP. Each organisation connects with its own account keys, and those keys are stored encrypted. Automatic WhatsApp messages use the WhatsApp Business API configured by the platform administrator.
- Are bookings made in UrusPro sent to Airbnb?
- Not yet for upcoming bookings. Dates from Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda come into UrusPro, but nights sold directly in UrusPro need to be closed on those channels yourself for now.
- Whose account does online payment money go into?
- Your own Billplz or CHIP merchant account. UrusPro marks the booking as paid when the gateway confirms payment, and a PDF receipt is available afterwards.
- Can other smart lock brands be used?
- Not yet. The only supported smart lock is TTLock. A time-limited code is generated for each booking and deleted when the booking is cancelled or completed.
- Is UrusPro an official partner of these platforms?
- This page does not claim partner status. Channel connections use the iCal links available to every host, and the TTLock, Billplz and CHIP connections use your own account keys.
