Jobs UrusPro gets done

Most operators are not looking for software; they are looking for a way out of one particular problem. The five pages below start from that problem, explain what it costs if left alone, and show the real steps to close it, including the steps that are still manual. Pick the problem closest to yours.

How do you stop taking double bookings?

Double bookings almost always come from calendars that are not in sync, not from typing mistakes. Close the gap by connecting every channel through two-way iCal: pull in the channel's calendar, and paste UrusPro's outgoing feed into that channel. Dates booked on either side will close on both sides within 15 minutes.

How do you manage many units without losing track?

The problem with adding units is not the amount of work, but the number of places that work is kept. UrusPro puts every unit on one calendar, one task list and one set of reports, with separate roles so staff and vendors only see what concerns them.

Operators growing from two units to ten or more.

How do you collect monthly rent without chasing tenants?

Rent arrears are usually not because tenants refuse to pay, but because nobody knows the rent is overdue. UrusPro issues monthly bills on schedule, keeps a ledger showing what was billed, what was collected and what is outstanding, and issues a receipt as soon as a payment is recorded.

Owners who let units monthly, with or without a homestay.

How do you cut OTA commission?

You do not need to leave the OTAs to cut commission. Move some repeat bookings to your own booking site, where no commission is charged, and let the OTAs do the job they are genuinely good at: bringing in new guests who have never heard of you.

How do you manage cleaners and vendors without endless WhatsApp?

The problem is not the cleaner, but that the only record of the work is a message scrolling up in a chat. UrusPro creates a cleaning task after every checkout, assigns it to a vendor in your directory, and shows its status to everyone involved.

Operators who rely on outside cleaners between bookings.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to switch everything at once?
No. Most operators start with one job, usually the calendar, because that is the most expensive when it fails. Units can stay listed elsewhere in the meantime.
How long does setup take?
Most of it is copying iCal links and uploading photos, once per unit. There is no setup fee and no credit card needed to start.
Is there work UrusPro does not do at all?
Yes. It does not schedule crews automatically, does not confirm bank transfers from statements, does not push prices to OTAs, and does not message guests on your behalf. Each feature page lists its own limits.
