Read your unit performance and health
Check revenue and occupancy for each listing by month, quarter or year, and see the health grade.
The Performance screen shows revenue and occupancy across all listings for the period you choose. The Health screen takes the same figures and reads them as a grade from A to D, along with a short list of suggested actions. Both follow your active organisation.
Steps
- Open Performance and choose the period: Month, Quarter or Year.
- Read the strip of figures at the top. Revenue is the total paid and upcoming, followed by Paid, Upcoming and Occupancy.
- Check the per-listing table. Each row shows the number of bookings, nights, amount paid, amount upcoming and occupancy percentage.
- Press any row to open that unit's details, and from there go straight to its booking list.
- Open Health to see the overall grade. Units are labelled Optimal at seventy per cent occupancy and above, Normal from forty per cent, and Out of range below that.
- Read the suggested actions alongside. They point to units with low occupancy, units with no bookings at all, and empty calendars ahead.
What it does not do
There is no ADR report, no RevPAR and no breakdown by booking channel. There is no comparison with the market or with other operators. The health grade is calculated from occupancy and booking frequency only, and it is a simple heuristic, not a financial assessment. Suggested actions are only links to the relevant screens; they do not change prices, do not open calendars and do not send any campaigns. Staff have no access to the Health screen. Occupancy is calculated from booking data in the system, so stays that never came in here are not counted.
