Connect your own domain to your catalog
Open your booking catalog at www.yourname.com for RM 10 a month.
Your own domain opens your booking catalog at your address, for example www.yourname.com, not only on hellostay.my. It is a paid add-on at RM 10 a month per organisation, billed with your plan and only for months the domain is live. Guests still book and pay through UrusPro as usual.
How do I connect a domain?
- Open Organisations, choose your organisation, then the Domain tab. Only organisation admins can see it.
- Tap Connect a domain, type your domain and tap Connect. The price is shown before you connect.
- Copy every record under DNS records to add into your DNS provider: a CNAME to customers.uruspro.com, and any TXT records shown.
- Tap Check now. The status moves from Waiting for DNS to Issuing certificate and then Live. We also check every 10 minutes and notify you when the domain goes live or fails.
Subdomain or root domain?
A subdomain such as www.yourname.com works with every DNS provider because it needs one CNAME record. A root domain such as yourname.com needs an ALIAS, ANAME or CNAME flattening record. If your provider has none, use www, or move your domain's DNS to Cloudflare, which is free.
How much does it cost?
RM 10 a month per organisation, on every plan including Enterprise. Yearly plans count it as 10 months. The charge appears as a Custom domain line on your invoice, only for the periods the domain was live.
What stays the same?
Sign in, bookings and payments stay on uruspro.com so accounts and guest payments stay secure. The domain pauses if your subscription is suspended, and goes live again once the outstanding invoice is settled. One organisation can connect one domain.
