Read reports and export them as CSV
Seven reports, CSV export, and a read-only portal for unit owners.
Seven reports are available: overview, occupancy rate, rent roll, deposits, income versus expenses, tenant statement and owner statement.
Steps
- Open Reports and choose a report and period.
- Press export to download a CSV file, suitable for opening in a spreadsheet or sending to your accountant.
Owner portal
Unit owners can be invited to a read-only portal to see their own statements and settlements. They do not see other people's units and cannot change anything.
What is not there
Exports from the Reports module are CSV. PDFs are generated for invoices and receipts, and the Performance module produces a PDF deck separate from these seven reports. There are no ADR, RevPAR or channel mix breakdown reports for now.
