Run the operations agent and set it to run itself
A scheduled check that only reports: it never changes prices or contacts guests.
The operations agent checks calendars, iCal feeds, outstanding bills, empty nights and incomplete unit listings, then lists what needs attention in order of priority.
Steps
- Open Agent. Press Run now to run it straight away.
- Review the findings. Each one can be marked done or dismissed.
- In the Settings tab, turn on auto-run and choose a time. It then runs once a day at that time, Malaysia time.
Empty nights
Empty night findings are grouped by date and carry a button that creates a coupon for those nights and that unit. The coupon is not created until you press it.
What it does not do
It does not change prices, does not message guests, and does not cancel anything. It also only looks at data in UrusPro, not your Airbnb inbox.
Findings that clear themselves
Findings close on their own when their cause is resolved. A feed that failed and then succeeds again closes its finding on the next cycle.
