Invite staff and vendors, and what they see
Roles decide which modules are visible, and that separation is enforced at database level.
Three roles, with different views.
- Admin sees the whole organisation, including finances.
- Staff see bookings, the calendar and operations, without the organisation's finances.
- Vendor sees only the tasks assigned to them.
Steps
- Open Users and invite the person by email, with their role.
- They accept the invitation and set their own password. Access starts once the invitation is accepted, not as soon as you send it.
Vendors pay nothing
Vendors are invited by you and are not charged. They do not see your bookings, finances or guest data.
Custom roles
Not yet. Roles are fixed for now, and we would rather say so than leave you searching for them in settings.
