Manage your UrusPro subscription

The Billing screen shows how many listings you have, your next bill, the due date and any outstanding invoices. UrusPro charges per live listing, by how it is let, and your first listing is free. Early bird prices are RM 10 a month for each homestay listing and RM 3 a month for each room or bed let monthly.

How much do I pay?

• Homestay (nightly only): RM 10 a month per listing.
• Room rental (monthly only): RM 3 a month per room or bed. Each room or bed is its own listing.
• Homestay and rental (open to both): RM 13 a month per listing.

Your oldest listing is not charged. For example, one homestay listing and four rental rooms, with the homestay listing as the oldest, means 4 times RM 3, which is RM 12 a month. A single listing means free, and no invoice is issued. The Your plan section shows the count of each kind and your next invoice total.

Monthly or yearly?

In the Your plan section, choose Monthly or Yearly. Yearly means you pay for 10 months and get 12, in one invoice a year. This choice takes effect on the next invoice.

How do I pay an invoice?

1. Press Pay invoice on the invoice row. The platform's bank details and QR are shown there.
2. Make the transfer, then upload the payment proof in the same dialog.
3. A platform admin checks the proof before the invoice counts as settled.

What it does not do

There is no auto debit and no saved card. There is no commission on bookings. If your subscription is suspended or cancelled, you cannot publish new listings until the arrears are cleared.
