Upload a logo and signature for invoices

Invoices and receipts carry your letterhead, and the company stamp is generated for you.

PDF invoices and receipts use your organisation's branding. Only two things need uploading: a logo and a signature. The company stamp does not need uploading, because the system draws it from your organisation name and SSM number.

Steps

  1. Open Account, then the organisation section.
  2. Upload your logo. It appears on the letterhead, so a transparent background with clean edges looks neatest.
  3. Upload the signatory's signature image. Also fill in the signatory's name and position, because a signature without a name does not tell anyone who signed.

Why the stamp does not need uploading

A company stamp carries no information the system does not already have. It is drawn from your organisation name and, if filled in, your SSM registration number. Enter your SSM number in the organisation settings and it will appear in the stamp.

Signatures are still uploaded

A signature is a person's own mark. Generating one would mean forging it, so it remains something you upload yourself. The file is stored in a private bucket, not a public one.

Several brands

Each organisation keeps its own branding. If you run two brands in one account, upload for each organisation separately.
