Upload photos and set the cover

Photos are managed from the Photos tab in the listing editor. Drag files in or click to choose, the first photo becomes the cover automatically, and the order can be changed by dragging. Each photo can be tagged with an area of the unit so the guest gallery is organised by space. The file size limit is 25MB per photo.

Steps

1. Open the listing, then choose the Photos tab.
2. Drag files onto the dotted area or click to choose from your computer. Non-image files and files over 25MB are rejected.
3. Wait until the upload finishes. The system crops photos to a 4:3 ratio and compresses them before saving, so even very large photos can be used.
4. Drag photo cards to reorder them. The number on each card shows its position.
5. Hover over a photo and press Set as cover to change the cover. Only one photo is the cover at a time.
6. Use the picker under each photo to tag its area: Living room, Bedroom, Full bathroom, Kitchen, Exterior or Additional photos.
7. Press the bin icon on a photo to remove it from the listing.

In the new listing wizard

The photos step in the wizard accepts a maximum of 10 photos per submission, and the first photo in that order becomes the cover. To add more photos, save the listing first and then continue from the Photos tab.

What it does not do

• There are no photo editing tools. No rotating, no manual cropping, no filters, and no text or watermarks on photos.
• All photos are cropped to 4:3. You cannot keep portrait or panorama photos at their original ratio.
• The list of areas is fixed. You cannot add your own area names.
• There is no caption or alt text field for each photo.
• Removing a photo removes its record from the listing, but the original file still remains in storage.
• The cover video only accepts one YouTube link, not a video file upload.
