Record manual payments and issue receipts

Bank transfers, DuitNow QR and cash are recorded by hand and produce the same receipt.

Online payments via FPX or card are recorded automatically when the gateway confirms them. The supported gateways are Billplz and CHIP, one active per organisation. Every other method is recorded by you.

Steps

  1. Open the relevant booking or bill.
  2. Record the payment with its method, date and reference. The reference matters: it is what links a line in your bank statement to the record here.
  3. Save. The receipt can be opened as a full page or downloaded.

What does not happen automatically

UrusPro does not read your bank statements and does not verify DuitNow or bank transfers automatically. It records what you tell it happened. Anyone claiming otherwise is describing a different product.

Refunds

Refunds are recorded against the original payment, so the net amount is always visible. Gateway refunds must also be made at the gateway; recording one here does not move any money.
