Let us set it up: RM 50 per house

Send your listing links and tenant list, and the UrusPro team sets everything up.

No time to enter listings and tenants one by one? Send them to us and the UrusPro team sets everything up so you can start using it straight away: listings from Airbnb, Booking.com or Agoda links, tenants and rent from your spreadsheet, calendars, payment details and agreement templates. The fee is RM 50 per house, charged once it is done.

Steps

  1. Open Import. The Done-for-you setup section is at the top.
  2. Paste your listing links, one per line.
  3. Attach your tenant or rent spreadsheet, if you have one. The file is stored privately and only our team can open it.
  4. Write the estimated number of houses and any notes, then press Request setup.

What happens next?

You receive a notification when we start and when we finish. Once done, an invoice for the number of houses set up appears on the Billing screen, paid with proof of payment like other invoices. Rooms and beds in the same house are not counted.

What it does not do

No payment is taken when you apply. One request at a time; a request that is still pending can be cancelled by you. We do not change listings you have already created without asking first.
