Add a new listing

Use the nine-step wizard to create a listing, from its name to the review screen.

New listings are added from the Listing page using the Add a property button. The nine-step wizard takes you from name and location, stay type, pricing, capacity, amenities and photos through to a final review screen. The draft is saved automatically in your browser, so you can stop and resume later. Once saved, the listing appears in the list straight away.

Steps

  1. Open Listing in the operator menu, then press Add a property.
  2. Basics step: fill in the listing title, city or area, street address, and Google Maps link. The Google Maps link is marked as required in the form.
  3. Description step: write the description and booking notes or house rules that guests read before booking.
  4. Stay type step: turn on short stay (under 1 month), mid stay (1 to 3 months) or long stay (3 months and above). At least one must be turned on before you can continue.
  5. Pricing step: enter the nightly price, cleaning fee, weekday and weekend prices if any, monthly price, and deposit. All in RM.
  6. Capacity step: max guests, baths, total beds, and the room and bed layout (Single, Queen, King). Total beds is recalculated from the layout you enter.
  7. Amenities and photos step: choose amenities from the catalogue, then upload photos. The first photo becomes the cover.
  8. Contacts step: an emergency name and phone number shown to guests.
  9. Review the final screen and save.

Listing status and archiving

Each row shows only one status, in order of priority: Archived, then Inactive, then Occupied, and Live. Archiving hides a listing from the public catalogue but the record stays in the database, and you can unarchive it at any time. The row menu also has Duplicate, which copies photos, add-ons and things to know items into a new copy created as inactive.

What it does not do

  • The wizard draft is saved in your browser storage only, and only one draft at a time. The draft will not appear on another computer, another browser, or after browser storage is cleared.
  • There is no approval or review flow before publishing. Whatever you save as active is publicly visible straight away.
  • Duplicate does not copy bookings, activation QR tokens, or iCal export tokens. The copy gets its own tokens.
  • Deleting a listing does not delete bookings that already exist on that listing.
  • Import with AI is visible only to the master admin, not to regular organisation admins.
