Manage amenities and the add-on catalogue

One catalogue for amenities, add-ons, things to know and points of interest that can be turned on per listing.

The Catalog page keeps reusable lists for four things: amenities, add-on services, things to know, and points of interest. Library items from the platform appear in your lists automatically. You can add your own items, or edit a library item to make a private copy for your organisation.

Steps

  1. Open Catalog, then choose the right tab: Amenities, Add-on services, Things to know or Points of interest.
  2. For a new amenity, press Add an amenity, fill in the label, and upload an icon if you have one.
  3. For a new add-on, press Add an add-on, fill in the name, description, price in RM, and billing method: one-off, per night, per day, or monthly.
  4. Use the switch on each row to turn that item on or off for your organisation.
  5. To control it per listing, open the listing editor and go to the Add-ons or Things to know tab, then turn on the relevant items.
  6. On things to know, the custom value field lets you write a value specific to that unit that replaces the catalogue description.

What happens when you edit a library item

Library items are not changed directly. When you edit, turn off or delete a library item, the system first creates a copy owned by your organisation, then applies the change to that copy. Other organisations are not affected.

What it does not do

  • Deleting a library item does not delete it from the platform. It is only hidden for your organisation.
  • Deleting a catalogue item removes it from every listing that had it turned on, with no replacement option.
  • There are no categories or groups for amenities. It is one flat list, by order and label.
  • An add-on has only one price per item. There are no different prices by listing, season or number of guests.
  • Icons must be uploaded as image files. There is no built-in icon library on this page.
  • The system does not calculate any tax or service charge on the add-on prices you enter.
