Manage the affiliate programme and commission payouts

The affiliate programme gives each affiliate their own referral code and referral link. You set the default commission rate and minimum withdrawal amount, approve incoming applications, track every booking that comes from them, and handle commission payout requests until they are marked as paid.

Steps

1. Open Affiliates and go to the programme settings. Turn the programme on, fill in the default commission percentage and minimum withdrawal amount, then save.
2. In the Requests tab, approve or reject applications. Approval immediately creates an affiliate record with a referral code.
3. In the Affiliates tab, edit an affiliate to give a special commission rate, suspend them, or remove them.
4. In the Transactions tab, see every booking that came from an affiliate, the booking value and its commission.
5. In the Payouts tab, press Approve or Reject. After you make the transfer, press Mark as paid.

What it does not do

The system does not send money to affiliates. Transfers are made outside the system and you mark them as paid. No tax deductions or withholding are calculated here; consult LHDN on the tax treatment of commissions. Transactions in that tab are only displayed, not approved one by one from that screen, and the reason for rejecting an application is entered through a simple browser prompt.
