What is iCal sync?
Also known as Penyegerakan kalendar
iCal sync is the way two systems share dates that are already booked through a single calendar file in .ics format. Airbnb, Booking.com and property management systems each publish an iCal link, and each side pulls the other's link on a schedule so the same unit is not booked twice.
Sync is not instant. Each platform pulls on its own schedule, so there is always a gap of a few minutes to an hour. That gap is what causes double bookings, which is why how often calendars are pulled matters more than how many channels are connected.
