Find vendors in the directory

The vendor directory lists service providers that have been approved and are active. Each card shows the business name, category, service area and a short description, with two buttons to contact them: WhatsApp and Call. Use it when there is maintenance work your own team cannot handle.

Steps

1. Open Vendors from the operations menu.
2. Type a business name in the search box if you already know who you are looking for.
3. Choose a category from the list. The options are Cleaning, Plumbing, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Renovation, Landscaping, Pest Control, General Maintenance and Other.
4. Type an area in the Location field to filter by the service area the vendor has entered.
5. Press WhatsApp to open a chat with their number, or Call to dial straight away.
6. If nothing matches, press Clear filters and widen the category or area again.

What it does not do

This directory is only for reading and making contact. You cannot assign a vendor to an operations task from here, and tasks are not linked to any vendor. There are no quotes, work orders, invoices or cost records in it. There are no star ratings or reviews. Vendors that are pending, suspended or rejected do not appear here at all. Search only compares business names, and the Location field only matches the service area text vendors write themselves, not the actual distance from your unit.
