Set weekday, weekend and peak season prices

Four price layers, and the order in which they override each other.

The price for a night is chosen in this order, from strongest to weakest.

  1. A price you set yourself for that night. It overrides everything, including the minimum price.
  2. Season rate, if the night falls within a season date range you have set.
  3. Weekend rate, if the night is a weekend.
  4. The unit's base price.

After that, the minimum price is applied as a floor, except on prices you set yourself.

Steps

  1. Open Pricing and choose the unit.
  2. Set the base price and, if needed, the weekend rate.
  3. Set the minimum price. This is what stops coupons and discounts from dropping the price below your cost.
  4. Add season rates with date ranges, for example school holidays or festive weeks. Ranges cannot overlap each other.

Why has my price not changed on Airbnb

Because iCal does not carry prices. Prices set here are used for direct bookings through your own site. Prices on OTAs are set on the OTA.
