Manage customer records and block problem ones
See the history of registered and walk-in guests, flag issues, and block customers for your organisation.
The Customers screen merges registered guests and walk-in customers into one row when their email or phone number matches. Each row carries lifetime value, number of paid stays, last stay and customer tier. From there you can open their history, flag issues or block them.
Steps
- Open Customers. The top strip shows the overall total, new this month, returning and flagged.
- Use search for name, phone, email or identity card number, and filter by tier: New, First-time, Returning or Loyal.
- Press the Walk-in tab to see customers without an account, or press Add walk-in to record a new one.
- Press a row to open the details. You will see their email, phone, workplace and list of bookings.
- Press Screen to read or add warning flags. Each flag has a reason, a warning or severe level, and a note.
- To block, use the action menu on the row and choose Block. A block can be lifted with Unblock.
What it does not do
You cannot make anyone an admin from this screen. Operator access is given as organisation membership on the organisation screen, and the only roles are admin, staff and vendor. Blocks and warning flags belong to your organisation only; they are not shared with other operators on the platform. This screen does not send messages, does not create bookings and does not return deposits. Records are merged by matching email and phone number, so a person using a different number stays as two rows. Removing a walk-in record does not remove their bookings; those bookings just lose their customer link.
