Manage your daily bookings list
Approve, mark as paid, handle cancellations and add walk-ins, all from one list.
The Bookings module lists all bookings across your units, including direct bookings, channel bookings and walk-ins you enter yourself. From here you approve pending bookings, mark them as paid, handle cancellation requests, and contact guests by WhatsApp.
Statuses you will see
- Pending: the guest has sent a request and is waiting for you.
- Approved: you have accepted it, but payment is not complete.
- Awaiting payment: waiting for payment to come in or be recorded.
- Paid: payment has been received.
- Rejected and Cancelled: not going ahead.
- Archived: stored away so it no longer clutters your daily list.
Daily steps
- Open Bookings. Filter by unit and by status, or search for a guest name, unit name or reference number.
- Choose Cancellation requests in the status filter first if there is a count next to it. Outstanding cancellation requests turn into complaints fastest.
- For Pending bookings, use Approve or Decline.
- When a manual payment has come in, use Mark paid. A receipt is issued after that.
- Use WhatsApp guest to contact the guest directly, without copying their number.
- Archive old bookings that are finished so the list stays readable.
Walk-in bookings
Guests who arrive without booking online are entered with the walk-in booking button: choose the unit, dates, name and phone number. It appears in the same list with a walk-in source, so your calendar and reports do not miss it.
Cards or table
The list can be shown as cards or as a table. Cards are easier to read on a phone; the table is more compact when you are reviewing many bookings at once on desktop.
What it does not do
It does not message guests automatically when a status changes; the WhatsApp button opens a chat for you to type in yourself. It does not verify bank transfers from your statements, so Mark paid is your action. Bookings from Airbnb or Booking.com via iCal appear as blocks on the calendar, not as full booking records here, because iCal does not carry guest names or prices.
