Set a base price, a weekend rate, season rates by date range and a minimum price. Malaysian public holidays show in the calendar, and price suggestions are shown for you to decide on.

Guest profile + IC

Guest details are kept in one profile: IC, phone number and stay history. IC photos are kept in private storage.

What do owners usually ask before they start?

Do I need a smartphone or a laptop?
A smartphone is enough. UrusPro is designed for phones first: approve bookings, check payments and reply to requests from your phone.
If I still use Airbnb, can I use UrusPro as well?
Yes. UrusPro syncs your calendar with Airbnb and Booking.com via iCal every 15 minutes, so OTA bookings block dates in the system. iCal does not carry prices, so OTA prices are managed on the OTA.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how many houses you have. We help over WhatsApp: add your houses, set up prices and test the booking flow. If you are short on time, our team sets everything up for RM 50 per house.
Is my data safe?
Each organisation's data is kept separate at database level, and sensitive files such as IC photos are kept in private storage. Full details are on the Trust page.
How much does UrusPro cost?
Early bird pricing is RM 10 a month for each homestay listing, and your first listing is free forever. A listing let both nightly and monthly costs RM 13. The normal price after early bird is RM 19.
