UrusPro is a rental management system for owners of rental houses and rooms in Malaysia. The monthly rent schedule is generated once, bills are issued on the due date with an FPX or card link, and PDF receipts go out once payment is recorded. Deposits are tracked separately and each unit's outstanding balance shows in one ledger.
Where is the rent for unit A? Unit B hasn't paid yet. No reply on WhatsApp. You have to call them one by one. You pick up the phone, and the tenant doesn't.

Tenants sign in with their phone number and password. They pay online through Billplz or CHIP. Cash, bank transfer or DuitNow QR payments you record yourself in the system.
Each tenant has a record with the tenancy period, rent, deposit and emergency contact. Tenancy agreements are generated from a template as a downloadable document.
How much deposit came in, how much was returned, how much was deducted. The deposit report is on one screen and can be exported as CSV.
Leaking pipe, broken air conditioner: tenants send a maintenance complaint in the portal with photos. It lands in your list, not buried in DMs.
The rent ledger shows what was billed, what was collected and what is outstanding. Tenant statements and the rent roll can be exported as CSV for your tax records.
