On the due date, a bill with an FPX or card link is issued automatically and the tenant is notified. Want to remind them early? The WhatsApp message is already written, and you send it with one tap from your own number.

Tenant portal: tenants pay and send complaints themselves

Tenants sign in with their phone number and password. They pay online through Billplz or CHIP. Cash, bank transfer or DuitNow QR payments you record yourself in the system.

Tenant records and agreements, kept in order

Each tenant has a record with the tenancy period, rent, deposit and emergency contact. Tenancy agreements are generated from a template as a downloadable document.

Deposits tracked separately from rent

How much deposit came in, how much was returned, how much was deducted. The deposit report is on one screen and can be exported as CSV.

Tenants send complaints with photos

Leaking pipe, broken air conditioner: tenants send a maintenance complaint in the portal with photos. It lands in your list, not buried in DMs.

Payment history per unit, per tenant

The rent ledger shows what was billed, what was collected and what is outstanding. Tenant statements and the rent roll can be exported as CSV for your tax records.

What do owners usually ask before they start?

Does UrusPro send rent reminders automatically?
On the due date, the bill is issued automatically and the tenant gets an in-app notification. Early reminders over WhatsApp are not sent automatically: the message is already written, and you send it with one tap from your number.
What if a tenant still wants to pay in cash?
No problem. You record the cash payment in the system with a date and reference, and a PDF receipt is generated for that payment.
Can I use it for room rentals (sublet) too?
Yes. Each room can be set up as its own unit, and each tenant has their own record and portal access.
What if I'm not tech-savvy?
We help you set up over WhatsApp, step by step.
Can I export data for tax filing?
Reports such as the rent roll, deposits and tenant statements can be exported as CSV, which opens in Excel. Invoices and receipts are in PDF. UrusPro does not file tax for you.
Is DuitNow QR verified automatically?
No. Online payments through Billplz or CHIP are recorded automatically. DuitNow QR and bank transfers you check and record manually.
