Connect your Airbnb calendar to UrusPro

Pull your Airbnb calendar in so dates booked there are closed here.

This connection pulls your Airbnb calendar into UrusPro. It is one-way only: to close dates on Airbnb when you take a direct booking, you also need to publish the UrusPro outgoing feed.

Steps

  1. On Airbnb, open the listing, go to Availability, then Sync calendars, and copy the Export calendar link. This link is per listing, not per account.
  2. In UrusPro, open Calendar, choose the same unit, and add the link as an incoming feed.
  3. Save. The first import runs straight away; after that it repeats every 15 minutes.

How long before dates appear

Up to 15 minutes, and sometimes longer, because Airbnb publishes its calendar file on its own schedule. For dates starting within a day or two, a manual block is safer than waiting for a sync cycle.

What iCal does not carry

Guest names, prices and payment details. iCal carries dates and status only, so an Airbnb booking will appear as a block on your calendar, not as a full booking record.
