What is Monthly rental?
Also known as Sewa bulanan
A monthly rental is the letting of a house, room or bed for a month or longer at a fixed rent each month. It usually comes with a tenancy agreement, a security deposit and a utility deposit, with rent paid on the same date each month and a receipt issued for each payment.
One house can combine both approaches: some rooms let monthly, other rooms taking daily guests. Work out first which is more profitable for each unit before choosing.
