- How does this calculator work it out?
- Annual commission is monthly revenue through OTAs multiplied by twelve, multiplied by the commission rate. The saving is the share of revenue that moves to direct bookings, multiplied by the same commission rate, minus a year of subscription cost.
- Do direct bookings really carry no commission?
- There is no platform commission, but there are still payment processing costs if guests pay by card or FPX, and the cost of marketing your own site. This calculator covers platform commission only.
