Manage many units without losing track
The problem with adding units is not the amount of work, but the number of places that work is kept. UrusPro puts every unit on one calendar, one task list and one set of reports, with separate roles so staff and vendors only see what concerns them.
What it costs if left alone
- Every new unit adds another sheet, another chat, another place to miss something.
- Cleaning jobs nobody was told about, and guests arriving at a unit that is not ready.
- No overall picture, so a weak unit stays hidden until the end of the year.
The steps
Group units by building
A building is a group of units. For a portfolio clustered in one condominium, this is what makes the list readable.
Invite staff and vendors with roles
Staff see bookings and operations. Vendors see only the tasks assigned to them. This separation is at database level, not just in the display.
Let tasks create themselves
A cleaning task is created after every checkout. You choose the vendor; you do not have to remember to open the task.
Read the weekly report, not a sheet
Occupancy rate and income against expenses per unit show which units are pulling their weight.

Frequently asked questions
- Is there a limit on the number of units?
- No limit. UrusPro prices per listing: first listing free, then RM 10 a month for each homestay listing and RM 3 a month for each room or bed let monthly. Each room or bed let monthly is one listing.
- Can I manage several brands?
- Yes. Each brand is a separate organisation under the same login, with an organisation switcher to move between them. Data does not mix between organisations.
- Do vendors pay for an account?
- No. Vendors are invited by you and are not charged. They see the tasks assigned to them, not your bookings or finances.
