Bills are generated on schedule. You do not retype the same amount every month.
Record payments, whatever the method
FPX or card is recorded on its own. Bank transfer, DuitNow QR and cash are recorded manually with a reference, and produce the same receipt.
Read the ledger, not the bank statement
The rent ledger shows arrears per tenant. The operations agent raises bills that are already late.
