Pricing, weekends and peak season
Each unit has a base price, a separate weekend rate, seasonal rates by date range, and a minimum price that acts as a floor. Seasonal rates override the weekend rate, and a price you set yourself for a single night overrides all of them, including the floor.
What it does
- Base price per unit, with separate weekday and weekend rates.
- Seasonal rates by date range, for example school holidays or festive seasons.
- A minimum price that stops discounts from dropping too low.
- A single-night price you set yourself, for when you know better than the rules.
- Price suggestions based on demand for the dates concerned.
What it does not do
- Prices do not change on their own. Suggestions are shown, you decide.
- Prices are not pushed to Airbnb or Booking.com, because iCal does not carry prices.
