Reports and owner portal
UrusPro provides seven reports: overview, occupancy rate, rent roll, deposits, income versus expenses, tenant statements and owner statements. All of them export as CSV. Unit owners get a read-only portal to see their own statements and settlements, with nothing else in view and no access to other people's units.
What it does
- Seven reports, including rent roll and income versus expenses.
- CSV export to open in a spreadsheet or send to your accountant.
- Owner statements per unit, with collections and deductions.
- A read-only owner portal, with its own login, and no access to other people's units.
- Expenses and shared costs counted in profit and loss.
What it does not do
- Report export is CSV. PDF is only for invoices, receipts, and the performance deck from the Performance module.
- No ADR, RevPAR or channel mix breakdown for now.
