Payments, invoices and receipts
Guests and tenants can pay online by FPX or card, and manual payments such as bank transfer, DuitNow QR and cash are recorded in the same system. Every payment produces a branded PDF invoice and receipt carrying your organisation's logo, company stamp and signature.
What it does
- Online payment through Billplz or CHIP, covering FPX and card.
- Manual payments recorded with method, date and reference.
- PDF invoices and receipts with the organisation's letterhead, logo and signature.
- Company stamp drawn by the system from your name and SSM number, no upload needed.
- Refunds and credit notes, with a permanent trail.
- Gateway settings per organisation, so each brand uses its own account.
What it does not do
- The online gateway is Billplz or CHIP. One gateway is active per organisation at a time.
- DuitNow QR and bank transfers are recorded, not verified automatically against bank statements.
