Calendar and iCal sync
UrusPro keeps one calendar for all your units and syncs it both ways through iCal. Links from Airbnb, Booking.com or any other channel are pulled in every 15 minutes, and each unit has an outbound feed you can paste back into that channel. Dates already booked are closed on both sides.
What it does
- Scheduled iCal imports every 15 minutes, not only when you open the page.
- One outbound feed per unit, with a secret token, to paste into Airbnb or Booking.com.
- Feed status on show: when it last succeeded, and what failed.
- Direct bookings, channel bookings and long-term lets sit on the same calendar.
- Manual blocks for maintenance or your own use.
What it does not do
- iCal is a calendar, not an API. It carries dates and status, not prices or guest names.
- Channels that do not offer an iCal link cannot be synced automatically.
