After every checkout, a cleaning task is created automatically and can be assigned to a vendor in your directory. Each task has a status that you, your staff and the vendor can all see, so nobody has to ask on WhatsApp whether the unit is ready.
What it does
- Cleaning tasks created automatically after checkout.
- Maintenance tasks opened at any time, not tied to a booking.
- A vendor directory with trade and contact details.
- Shared task status, so progress is visible without anyone asking.
- Expenses recorded against the unit, so profit and loss reports mean something.
What it does not do
- Vendors must be invited and accept the invitation before they can see tasks.
- No automatic crew scheduling. You choose who does which job.
