Operations agent
The operations agent checks your calendar, iCal feeds, overdue payments and unit listings on a schedule, then lists what needs attention in order of priority. It never changes prices or contacts guests. You can set it to run by itself every day at a time you choose.
What it does
- Checks for iCal feeds that have not succeeded for a while.
- Overdue payments and bills.
- Empty nights grouped by date, with an action to create a coupon straight from the finding.
- Incomplete unit listings that hurt bookings.
- Findings that close themselves once the cause is resolved.
- Runs by itself every day at your chosen time, or runs when you press it.
What it does not do
- It reports and suggests. It does not change prices, send messages or cancel anything.
- It sees data inside UrusPro only, not your Airbnb inbox.
