Then Agoda dates cannot be synced automatically. Close the nights sold on Agoda as a manual block on the UrusPro calendar so they are not booked twice.

Agoda with UrusPro

UrusPro and Agoda connect through iCal, if your Agoda account provides a calendar link for the property. A link pasted into UrusPro closes nights booked on Agoda on your calendar and booking site, and those nights are reported as the Agoda channel. There is no direct API connection between UrusPro and Agoda.

What syncs

Nights booked on Agoda are imported into the unit calendar as soon as the link is added.
Active feeds are pulled again every 15 minutes, and the Sync button pulls them straight away.
Agoda nights close on the guest calendar and are blocked in the booking flow, and the database rejects overlapping bookings.
Links from agoda are recognised automatically as the Agoda channel in the channel mix report.
Agoda guests can be given a UrusPro account to see their booking, check-in instructions and smart lock code.

How to connect Agoda with UrusPro

Check in your Agoda account whether the property has an iCal calendar export link, and copy that link.

In the UrusPro host portal, open Listing, choose that unit, and go to the Calendar sync section.

Under Add iCal feed, type a source name such as Agoda, paste the link, and press Add the feed.

Under What each channel keeps here, fill in the percentage Agoda takes for that listing.

Where it stops

If Agoda does not give an iCal link for your property, UrusPro cannot sync it. Close those dates as a manual block.
iCal carries dates only. Prices, guest names and payments from Agoda do not come into UrusPro.
Upcoming bookings made in UrusPro are not yet sent to the Agoda calendar, so close those dates there yourself for now.
The Agoda fee rate starts empty until you fill it in.
