Why Malaysian operators look for something else

  • Per-property pricing means ten small units cost the same as ten large ones: RM 99 each is RM 990 a month.
  • An owner renting rooms and beds by the month inside one house wants a price per room, not per house.
  • Monthly rental is a different job from nightly stays: rent schedules, deposits, utility bills and tenancy agreements.
