Why Malaysian operators look for something else

• Landlords who want tenants to pay rent online by FPX or card, with receipts issued automatically.
• The same house also takes nightly or Airbnb guests, so nightly calendars and monthly rent need to sit in one system.
• Owners who want a public booking page for empty rooms, not only records of existing tenants.

1. Option 1

   Stay with KitaSewa

   For: Landlords who only want to keep rent records, and collect rent themselves by bank transfer.

   It is free, and for pure record-keeping with no online collection, free is hard to beat.

2. Option 2

   UrusPro

   For: Landlords who want online collection, or run monthly rentals and a homestay in the same house.

   Every listing free until 31 December 2026, then the first listing stays free and RM 10 a month for each homestay listing and RM 3 a month for each room or bed let monthly, with rent bills, deposits, receipts, FPX and card payments through Billplz or CHIP, plus a calendar and direct booking for nightly guests.
