• The OnTray home page mentions a 90-day free trial, while the FAQ on the packages page mentions a 14-day trial with no credit card.
• The site states OnTray is run by Detrix Technologies Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya, for homestay operators and umrah and outbound travel agencies, in Malay and English.

• The Homestay Basic package stops at 15 units, and the next published package is RM499 a month.
• The product is sold to homestays and travel agencies at once, so owners who only rent out houses look for a tool built for property alone.
• Owners who let rooms monthly in the same house as nightly guests want one system for both.
