OpenStays.AI publishes a free Property Passport so AI travel agents can find your stay and send guests to your own booking route, with no commission. It takes no payments. UrusPro is that route and the system behind it: first listing free, then RM 10 a month per homestay listing and RM 3 per room.

Why Malaysian operators look for something else

  • A passport needs a booking route to point at: an owner with only an Airbnb link sends the guest back to the channel they were trying to avoid.
  • The facts a passport publishes, prices, rooms, beds and open dates, have to be correct and current somewhere first.
  • Approving a passport does not answer the message, hold the date, collect the deposit or issue the receipt.
