UrusPro for workers' hostels and shared houses
Operators of workers' hostels and shared houses who place many occupants in one house can manage each bed as its own unit in UrusPro. Each occupant has their own rent schedule, deposit and My Stay portal, operator notices can be acknowledged by every occupant, and house utility bills are split by the nights each person stayed.

Where it stops
- Each occupant is billed as their own tenant. There is no single combined invoice to the employer on behalf of workers.
- UrusPro does not check workers' housing compliance under Act 446 or local authority conditions. That is the responsibility of the employer and operator.
- Shared costs between occupants are a record of who owes whom. No money moves through it.
- No management of work permits or workers' immigration documents.
